Toka Leya isn’t known for it’s wildlife owing to it’s location in a very small national park and being adjacent to Livingstone town. So we didn’t have high, high hopes of seeing a lot of wildlife aside from the white rhinoceros. Boy were we surprised!
We saw wildebeast.

We also saw some giraffe just out wandering around (so weird!)

An impala ran by at one point.

And a lot more elephants, although this time much closer. They are big up close.

We followed this one to the edge of river where it got a drink of water.
