We have arrived in Hong Kong! We found our driver outside of customs and he took us directly to the hotel. We checked in with Frankie, he met us at the car with an iPad and then escorted us right up to our room. I had booked this hotel several months ago and was very, very excited to stay here. It doesn’t disappoint.
Prior to our arrival Frankie had arranged for a two category upgrade to an Upper Suite. The “room” really is apartment-sized — 1,230 square feet with a sweeping view of Hong Kong harbor. The bathroom alone is 400 square feet with a rainforest shower and a marble tub that overlooks the city. Here is a brief tour of the room right after Frankie left us.
This will be our home for next few days as we get acquainted with Hong Kong.
