If you read this blog it’s no secret that we love our markets. There just is so much to be learned about a culture from their markets. What do you suppose our markets say about our culture?
But in this market we just had one mission and that mission was lunch. But along the way we had to admire the vivid colors and amazing smells that surrounded us.
After walking through the market area you come to the food stalls.
Look, yum! Mung Bean panackes – don’t skip them as they are a delight. A tiny bit greasy but a lovely flavor.
Every manner of Korean food was available and all served at their tiny little stalls.
But our real quarry was a certain dumpling and noodle stall where we could get a hearty soup to warm our souls (Seouls?).
Unbelievably delicious and just $5 a bowl. Run, don’t walk if you’re in Seoul and in need of some sustenance.
