THIS was the restaurant we were most excited about going to during our stay in Paris. It has gotten rave reviews and is a very accessible version of the older sister restaurant down the street called Bistrot Paul Bert.
We went after our trip to Versailles and Giverny and enjoyed every morsel we had there. So enjoyed it, in fact, that I forgot to take pictures!
.
Did catch this one of a starter of thinly sliced rare beef covered in fresh hers and a parsley oil (OMG delicious).
And of this little bombe of a meringue filled with strawberries and raspberries.
A revelation was the Quince liqueur we had after the meal. It is a must try!
