Central Brussels contains a giant public square called the Grand Place and it is surrounded by a warren of narrow streets and it all dates from the early 1400s.

This was a holiday weekend in Belgium so every place was unbelievably packed with people. But we did manage to see some beatiful architecture!
Adjacent to the Grand Place is the Gallery which contains a lot of expensive shops.
