I had tried to make reservations at this restaurant back in June when I learned of it. I sent an email to the restaurant asking them to reserve a table for two for this night. They replied that they could not so early but would be happy to when we got within 30 days. So I made a note to contact them again around October 5.
In typical Chinese organized fashion, they actually sent me an email precisely 30 days out to confirm the reservation just as I had ask back in June.
So tonight we went and had dinner there. The place is known for its food but its also known for the stunning views of the Hong Kong skyline. We got the via the Star Ferry, which is a great way to get to a restaurant.

And for dinner we ordered the Crispy Duck Peking Style, which was excellent followed by a scoop of black sesame ice cream that we shared.
