Our stay in Brussels meant we had at least four things on our agenda: waffles, Belgian chocolate, Belgian beer, and moules frites. We rang the beer bell on Friday night with our new Belgian friends, had waffles and chocolate at the Grand Place so now were left with moules frites.
There is a cute area of Brussels called Ste-Catherine Square where we went in search of moules frites. Fortunately we found them!
Between Pam, Jeff, Lisa, and I we downed nearly 6kg of moules. However, fortunately fewer frites than that! Delicious!

And they were served in the traditional cooking pots. There were several broths to choose from, I think we all went for the traditional.
