After the nachtmare at the Frankfurt Airport rail terminal, we finally got out and away from the mess. Luckily our train was on time and we made it with just minutes to spare. Unfortunately we had to just jump on at the nearest doorway and found ourselves several cars away from our assigned seating so we decided to just stand in the bistro car for the 25 minute ride to our connection in Mannheim.
We were so hot from running into and out of and back into the terminal then running for our train that it just seemed like the right thing to do.
In 25 minutes we were rewarded with this sign:
