On our way to Mrs. McQuarie’s chair from the Opera House we walked through the lovely Sydney Botanic Garden. While not as extensive as the Melbourne Royal Botanic Garden it was quite nice.
A couple of nice flower pics from here.
Looks like a buttercup, but it’s on a bush! Then this little daisy.
And a couple of others that are not familiar to us, the first one looked like hot peppers but really was just a red flower.
The surprise was the wild cockatoos madly feeding underneath a tree. We were able to get close without them seeming the least bit bothered.
They were loud! At the end of our walk we finally got to Mrs. McQuarie’s Chair.
