Tokyoites are an interesting group. They are not afraid to mix patterns, wear silly hats or glasses, odd colored hair, and strange footwear. I suppose that is the advantage of living in a city of 38 million people — you get to be yourself wherever you go!
In addition to all that there were a few people we saw today that were just interesting in their own ways.

Brave is all I’m thinking. Three guys on holiday in Asakusa dropped into a kimono shop and bought their outfits, put them on, then headed out for the afternoon.
I loved these three girlfriends — lots of laughing and giggling among them.
