We walked through the geisha district on our way to the Nishiki Market and found it jammed packed with people and cars! I think we had thought it would be more like Kanazawa’s. Kanazawa’s was just so quiet and gracious. This just seemed like a tourist attraction although we’ll probably wind up back there tonight for dinner.
We did find this very sweet koi fountain.
